Virginia Templeton

Every Man Wants Her

Virginia refuses the quiet role expected of her and pursues power and desire on her own uncompromising terms.

About the book

Virginia Templeton grows up in a small town with little excitement and no intention of remaining there. She moves to Chicago, where she meets and marries a wealthy, well-connected man. The life he provides gives her status and comfort, but it does not satisfy her ambition. Virginia wants control as much as she wants wealth, and she refuses to hide her appetite for either power or desire.

Social expectations are obstacles, not rules. Marriage gives Virginia access to the life she wanted but does not set its limits. She pursues what she wants with ruthless confidence, prepared to use every advantage and accept the damage her choices leave behind. Virginia intends to come out ahead.
