Family duty keeps Noah in one life while a basketball team and a new employee point him toward another.
About the book
Noah manages his family's business because his mother still connects it to his late father. Duty keeps him there, although the work is not what gives him the most satisfaction. Away from the business, Noah coaches a Special Olympics basketball team of preteen boys who want the chance to play and improve. He also works to secure funding for their school. His mother concentrates on finding him a suitable bride and misses the part of his life that matters most to him. Then a new employee arrives, bringing the possibility of change to both his work and personal life. Noah does not know that the woman he has been waiting for may already be close. His work with the team shows where he comes alive; the family business shows what he has inherited. Fate can bring someone through the door, but Noah still has to recognize the life he wants.
